Hello Kalyani.
Yes there is Girl quota in every NIT as per govt. of India. Few seats are reserved for Girls students.
According to your percentile .Your rank would be around 1lakh, So chances of NIT and IIITs will be very low
But in later round of Counsellinf few chances of GFTIs are there.
