Your admission in any college in Canada first depends on whether the college accepts SAT scores or not which most foreign universities do. Since you have less percentage it may be a problem because most good universities demand that you have 60% or more. Also during the scrutiny round too they may ask you about your low percentage or during the interview if any is conducted in the respective university. Try to find colleges that have not too stringent application requirements such as percentage cut off of 40-50% etc. Also during application you may have to show your fluency in English which will be proven by IELTS or TOEFL score if required.
