According to the eligibility criteria to apply for VITEEE exam, candidates should have scored 60% and above in Maths/ Biology, Chemistry and Physics in their 10+2 respective exams.
Candidates from SC/ST categories should have scored 50% in the above mentioned subjects.

Vit Vellore conducts its own entrance known as VITEEE. It is an online examination and does not contain any reservation. You will get a viteee rank which will decide whether you get any admission or not. So apply for it online on the university's website and try hard

Actually whatever the marks you score in your boards,you need to write entrance exam which would be conducted by the VIT.
You need to apply on online for the application.
If you qualify the exam then your AIR rank will be released according to your rank.
Note that your caste reservation is note considered here. So you need to work on your own knowledge.
