Admission into government engineering colleges in Maharashtra is not offered through JEE Main. It is purely based on MHT CET exam. So, on the basis of JEE Main, you are only eligible for admission to 15% seats in private unaided colleges/institutions of Maharashtra state. These 15% seats are filled in these private unaided institutes on the basis of All India Quota for which candidates have to appear in JEE Main. However, with a score of 45 in JEE Main, you may get a seat in any of these institutes if you meet the cutoff of the institute you are applying for.
