Sir/Mam I got 674818 CRL rank in JEE MAINS 2019(from Bihar). Can you plz suggest me the best College according to my score. [ ST rank-19000]

Your jee main CRL rank is very high and you will not be able to get admission in a good engineering College. You have to take admission in some private colleges or you should drop for a year. Your rank is not sufficient to get a good engineering College.
