Hello Aspirant,
Since you did not mention which category you belong to so considering that you belong to the general category your probable rank range will be somewhere around 174,758 - 194,758.
You might not be eligible for JEE Advance with this rank, but if you belong to the reserved category or PWD then it will definitely be revised and might earn you a chance to sit for JEE Advance.
The best thing for you to do right now is to sit for the April session of JEE Mains and try your best to score above 90 - 92 percentile. You have a good percentage that might get you a seat at a good college but it cannot be guaranteed that it'd get you a seat in the IITs. With a bit more practice you can definitely do a lot better.
You can get your predicted colleges based on your percentile from the following link -

Note that the overall rank predicted is on the basis of the expected total number of students i.e. 1152650 appearing in the JEE Mains April Session. The original results may vary and we do not take responsibility for any deviation between the actual result and the one displayed/predicted by this tool.
Good luck!
.
Firstly you should be qualified in the jEE mains exam to eligible for jEE advance exam.if you cross the jEE advance score then only you are eligible for IIT Colleges.
.
If the percentile you mentioned in question for jEE mains paper 1use this below formula to predict the rank:
- Rank Formula = (100 - your total score) X 874469 /100.
For jEE main paper 2 use this formula to predict the rank
- Rank Formula = (100 - your total score) X 145386 /100.
Top IITs are like:
- IIT Bombay
- IIT Kharagpur
- IIT Kanpur
- IIT Delhi etc
Thank you!!!
