Sir/mam, My SC catogory rank is 37855 So can i elegible for taking admission in AIIMS ?? And counselling for also ? So have any possibility

Sorry to say but its not possible to get in any AIIMS with that rank. Try for NEET colleges. Good Luck !

Though you are SC, your category is too high.
With with this rank, you will NOT be able to take seat in any aiims college in india.
You need to score a rank within 1k gen rank.
