Sir,my btech general rank(26089) and sc rank(1352) can I get government college?

Hello Jitendra,
Yourr question is incomplete as you have not mentioned the name of exam in which you have scored this rank. If this is the rank for JEE Mains then you can surely get a good government college like NIT, IIIT and GFTI. But if this the state engineering entrance examination rank like UPSEE, COMDEK, etc then chances of getting government college is very very low.
