Sir,my provsnal certficte and final smstr mark wil arrive in august month from my clge.so I cant send those to atnd counsel.what should i do

its not a big issue because you are in the final year so at the tine of counselling you can ask them about this or you can give the percentage till your 5th semester or 7th semester and if we talk about migration certificate every college knows that after completion the graduation student get this so they will understand dont worry.
