it would have better if you have said your rank. if you belong to SC then you have passed the exam i.e. you have qualified and your categorical rank will help you to get an admission. you can apply for private colleges through counselling to get a college with a low fee structure. You can apply for scholarships after it.

If you belong to General/ST/OBC, then sorry to say you haven't qualified and can't take an admission on the basis of UPSEE exam. You can go for direct admission through management quota for not to waste one year of your. If you decide to take the exam again it will be your choice.
