Hello Madhukar,
If the student has completed their EEE and are applying to become an IFS officer and you have mentioned the student is good at maths and physics. You can choose Physics and Mathematics itself as the optional subjects for the IFS mains. As the student is already good at them, it will help score more marks than a subject the student is not good at.
