Hello Genav,
SNQ is a special quota Super Numerical Quota . Which is given to the deserving candidate by the state government. Irrespective of caste reservation snq will be given on the basis of income one with the min income and good rank will easily recieve snq in which the fees of the college is filled by the govt itself.

Mam in NLU sonipat seat matrix the total seat are 120. It is divide into three parts For All India Category(90 seats) for haryana category (30) and for supernumerary category(18seats ). After adding these the total seat become 138. How?
