If you have obc certificate of central list...then category rank would be considered.......if you don't have certificate of central list then general rank is considered.......so make sure you have all documents which are required in document verification process.

Yes I have all required documents so that can get any nit which my obc ncl list rank is 46730

obc in jossa and for other state level counseling each state has its own eligibility like in odisha obc category is treated as same as the general.

If you have OBC certificate then your OBC rank will be considered in JEE mains JOSAA counselling and you get a college through your category rank.
If you don't have OBC certificate but you belongs to OBC then your general rank is considered.
Because at the time of document verification there is requirement of OBC certificate
