so I did not give exam in 2025 duration personal problems. so now I have to give exam on 2026 as a regular student, to main question is, in which year syllabus I will give exam? upcoming new syllabus or my old syllabus.

If you are going to give the exam in 2026, then you will have to follow the syllabus that will be applicable for the 2026 exam . It does not matter if you missed the 2025 exam, the syllabus will be based on the year you are appearing.
So yes, you will have to study the upcoming new syllabus , not your old one.
