Hi dear,
The admission in colleges depends upon the rank you get and number of seats.There might be a chance that the seats in the colleges of your 1,2,3,4 th preference might be filled. So you got your rank in 5th preference of your college. Now it's upto you to take admission there or not. Or go for any other Tier 2 private college.
