so i have done bcom in finance, currently i have 1 year work experience in motor insurance in private broker company. so im confused what to pursur for higher study for higher package and from where. please let me know if you have any suggetion

Hey there,
With a B.Com in Finance + 1 year of motor-insurance experience, you actually have a good base for moving into higher-paying BFSI/finance roles. I would not do another generic degree just to add a qualification.
My recommendation
Best option: MBA/PGDM in Finance, Risk Management, Business Analytics or Insurance
Your existing insurance experience can become an advantage rather than something you leave behind.
