So My father is in the army and I have done my 11th and 12th from Delhi to get delhi domicile for Neet Counselling. My mother is from Rajasthan and has a Rajasthan Domicile so can I appear in Rajasthan State Counselling as well as delhi state counselling

No you are eligible only for the Delhi counselling since you have completed 11th and 12th from Delhi and your father being in the army you will get reservation under CW quota in Indraprastha University counseling for MBBS.

You will get only one domicile otherwise.
