so right now i have no idea about how to get admission in colleges so i need proper guidance when to start filling application forms for the batch of 2021, what will be the marks needed in JEE Mains to get admission in NSUT with btech in CSAI

First of all don't do a mistake most of the students does. They apply for only jee mains and then go to any private college.
Apart from filling jee mains form, apply for other universities also.
If you want to get into NSUT which is a TIER 1university then you must have a percentile of 99+.
If you want to get this percentile go for the scoring topics and just practice hard over them.
