Some medical consultant are demanding A to Z information even digital signature .This is correct ? please advice

By obtaining information like family income, status etc,they try to assign you to a set of private institutions that you might be able to afford in case you do not get a govt one. Thats the reason they try to obtain A-Z info, because they analyse that. I would not say it’s incorrect because that are doing business and you have given them consent to share and ask information by contacting them.

They will also be helping out in Counselling so they need some degree of info. So it’s up to you that you want to share your info or not, and take their help.
