no such official announcements have been made regarding the declaration of NEET results or the the answer key.

keep yourself updated from time to time, as the government may release the dates anytime from now as the it is expected to be released in the month of september only.

No such confirmatory notification has come on the official site so the date isn't fixed as 26 or 4 october.
However notifications regarding declaring the NEET 2020 result anytime soon by the National Testing Agency (NTA) .
So just wait and folllow careers 360 neet updates and keep a check on the official websites. (ntaneet.nic.in and nta.ac.in. )
