Hello Aspirant,
The ranking and qualifying is eamcet is not only based on marks you score in EAMCET exams , it's also based on their IPE marsk as well,
May be that student have got very good marks in IPE whereas less marks in EAMCET , that's why they might be qualified in exam.
And let's be happy as they got qualified, and
