For NEET 2020 cutof are as folows...

For general category candidates must for 50 percentile in marks between 720 e E2 147 for OBC/ST/SC the percentile id about 40 and marks scored must be between 146 to 113.

Fir OBC(PH)/ST(PH)/SC(PH) the percentile scored is 40th and the marks should be between 128 to 113..
