space for photograph in admit card is too small. my photo is coming out of the box, is that okay?

It's obvious that your photograph will be coming out of the box as you've mentioned that the space is too small. Yes it's totally fine but you make sure that important details in your admit card must not be hiding from that photograph.

You have not mentioned regarding which entrance exam your query is about. But yes, you can still paste the passport size photograph in the place given. It is not at all a problem if the space given is less the size of the passport size photograph. Ensure that you paste the passport size photograph same as which you have uploaded in the application form.
