BSTC is Basic School Teaching Courses which is conducted by various colleges. As per the UGC guidelines, a student can pursue two courses at a time if one course is conducted in a regular mode, then one can pursue another course as a distance medium. However, preferably, one should do course in a regular mode. So, if your one course can be in regular mode then another can be conducted in distance mode.
