Well, borther I understand your situation.
I understand, you have worked hard for your dream IIT but regarding the college and that too in geneal category, seems far from reach.
With this marks, you have on border cleared the cut-off but for a general category, you can't expect much from your JEE advanced scorecard.
So, I would recommend you to look for decent NIT from JEE mains scorecard.

Your chances of getting a seat in IIT is close to negligible, at this score, it's impossible to make it into an IIT because IITs are the premiere engineering instructions of our country and cutoff of IITs are usually high. At least 180 marks are needed to get a good IIT.
You have to think of other alternatives.
