As you know waitlist only gets clear when the admission of other admitted students get cancelled or they take withdrawal or choose other college. With a waitlist of 121, the chances for you to make it in symbiosis school are very dim and manybe you should start looking elsewhere too

but this is 1st merit list and according to last year trends they say 4-5 lists will be released

Yes they do release but 121 is a big number as you must realise. I am not saying you don't have a chance wait till last merit list but chances are low and thus keep a backup option ready
