NO, SSC CGL application form has not started or is not starting from March 2019. The application form of 2019 will start from October 21, 2019, however, the application form for the 2018 exam of SSC CGL can be filled in from May 5, 2019. SSC CGL 2019 tentatice schedule for the release of the online application form is May 5, 2019 till 4th of June, 2019 and the exam will be held between 4 to 19 June 2019
