st Andrew best institute of civil engineering,

I would contradict with your sentence that St. Andrews University is the best university for pursuing civil engineering . I agree that it is one of the good universities for civil engineering .Everything is nice in this college whether it is infrastructure ,placements or faculty. The campus size is not so big . Also it has no major accreditations .Apart from this  ,if you look for faculty then it's good . Labs are also well equipped so yes you can surely go for this university but remember that it is not the best.
