Yes. With 398 marks, NEET AIR 2,77,761 and ST category + ESIC IP quota, you have a realistic chance at some ESIC MBBS colleges, although ESIC Bangalore is not guaranteed.
In the 2025 ESIC IP counselling, ST candidates were allotted ESIC Bangalore at AIR 3,39,795 and 6,01,207, so your AIR of 2,77,761 is better than those examples.
ESIC's IP seats are pooled nationally and follow the Central reservation policy, so your ST status can help significantly.
Best approach: Put Bangalore, Gulbarga, Hyderabad, Faridabad, Kolkata, Alwar, Patna, Chennai and other ESIC/IP-quota colleges in your preference list. Bangalore should definitely be included, but don't rely on it alone.
