Every college had its ups and downs. Where ad most of the colleges let you handle things on your own.SJCE has a predetermined set of rules they want you to follow, along with a predetermined solution to every problem. While it may not be the greatest way to teach students, it probably follows the most tried and tested methods. It might work in your interest as well. If you are really passionate about what you want to do with your life, it's a good challenge to take up. Stick with their rules (it isn't that bad. Their rules are not too absurd, they make sure your foundations are set right) and you'll be fine. Like every institution... SJCE also has success stories, and I bet many of them were driven by sheer determination instilled by the so-called 'strict' rules .
