PWD in means person with disabilities. PWD doesn't describe a particular caste. All the caste candidates / persons like Sc, St, OBC, general with disabilities fall under PWD. So PWD doesn't have any particular caste or category. Candidates like,

Blindness
Low vision
Hearing and etc fall under PWD
