Since you did not mention your category, I am assuming you are of general category. Last year the cut off for private medical colleges under 85% State Quota of Madhya Pradesh was 471. So it is difficult for you to get a seat in Madhya Pradesh.

States like Karnataka, Telangana, West Bengal allow students from other states to apply to their private medical colleges. In Karnataka outside students are eligible for MBBS-OPN, MBBS-OTHERS, MBBS-NRI seat. The fees for MBBS-OPN seats is around 8 lakhs per year. In West Bengal and Telangana, outside state students are allowed for management quota and NRI quota seats. In West Bengal the management quota fees is around 12-13 lakhs per year and in Telangana it starts at 11.5 lakhs per year. You need to apply through the respective state counselling websites when the application process starts.
