state level exams for btech whose application are still open?

Unfortunately there are no state level entrance examination for BE/BTech whose application process are still open . But if you have given JEE Mains then you can apply for various state engineering counseling process in which admission is based on JEE Mains rank like MP, Bihar , Rajasthan etc .

Go search for every state counseling mentioned in this link separetly that whether they are accepting form now or not , because most of them must begin counseling process after JEE Mains but some forms may be out now . So , check for forms.
