Hey there,

No, Tamil Nadu state quota MBBS counselling does not have a separate reservation for women under the MBC category. MBC candidates compete under the 20% MBC reservation. Women reservation is not provided separately for MBBS state quota admissions. Admission depends on your NEET rank, category, and cutoff.
