There is no such rule to apply for the certificate like PWD for the same portal in different sets of examination because while doing your first registration only you are asked to put your all information and all types of certificates and after that for remaining sessions of exam you have to only do your payment after once cross checking your all the details and if some mistake is done than the official provide a time in which you have to do all that corrections. If than to you have any sort of doubt than you can also contact the official on there contact info that will be mentioned in the portal of that particular exam, hope so it was helpful.
