Streams after 12for pcm students

Dear Shoba ,

I would like to say there are lots of stream or courses are available for PCM (physics, chemistry ,Math )aspirants but you must chose as per your interest or skills are matching as per your abilities .But we are shortlisted some of top courses after 12th

• BSc (Bachelor of science)
• B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)
• B.tech (Bachelor of Technology )
• B Plan (Bachelor of planning )
• Merchant Navy
• BCA (Bachelor of computer application )

There are many avenues to explore after 10+2 with PCM;


You can go for Engineering/Architecture course

If you're academically inclined and in future want to give for teaching or research, then you can do BSc (Hons) in any of your favorite subjects such as Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics etc. after this  you can pursue Master's Degree in the concerned subject in future and qualify for NET/SET. In case of teaching in school level, you need to have BEd.


In case you have inclination towards technical field , go for BCA. Other options are  BDes, Bpharm.

If none of above interests you and you wish to change your stream, you can go for management studies like BBA or Law,Hotel Management or some other  courses such as Animation, Journalism etc.
