Student who choose choice 2 in round one. Can they participate in second extended round?

You will be eligible to participate in second extended round if you have selected choice 2 is both first and second of counselling. You must have  The candidates who have selected choice 2 and choice 3 will be eligible to participate in second extended round. You must have paid the prescribed fees for the confirmed / allotted seat in the second round in order to participate in second extended. If a seat is allotted in second extended round then the seat allotted in second extended round will get cancelled automatically. If a seat is not allotted in better choice of institute/branch the previous seat will be confirmed.
