Hello,
Ragging has become very common in colleges and hostels. Ragging has been declared an offence under penal code by Supreme Court. So strict actions and fines are charged against those found accused. Even in colleges, there are cells and societies that work to eradicate ragging from college and hostels.
Any victim of ragging can directly contact to these cells or students can call Ragging Prevention Program at 1800 180 5522. Government has taken strict actions in past against those found guilty.
Ragging has a great implication on minds of students and must not be tolerated.
