subjects for NDA exams and when is the next date of exam?

UPSC conducts the NDA examination twice every year. In 2020, NDA is scheduled on April 19 and September 6.
The NDA syllabus 2020 is divided into two parts – Mathematics and General Ability Test (GAT). You can check the detailed NDA Syllabus to know about the associated subjects.

The following are the subjects that come in NDA NA paper :

• Mathematics : A whole paper for this subject. ...
• English : 50 questions, 200 marks.
• Social Studies ( History, Geography, Civics/Polity, General Knowledge/Cureent Affairs) : 50 questions, 200 marks
• NDA II will be held on November 17, 2019 . Syllabus of NDA exam is based on CBSE 10+2 standards. Total duration of exam is 5 hours combinedly for both sections. The exam will be conducted in offline mode (pen and paper-based)

Next NDA is NDA 1 2020 and notification will be released in January. Application to start from 8th january till 28th January and exam will be in April, 19th April. Exam pattern will be maths 300 marks and general ability with 600 marks. Time for exam is 2 and a half hour for each subject.
