Reason behind that is the student of Chennai has appeal against one question whose options are 7,7.0,7.00 and all in the Madras High Court so the jossa will stop the counselling

The restart date is not sure for now . It will be fixed by the next hearing. The reason was awarding of bonus marks to students. For further info refer this link
