As 80 percentile in jee mains is not a delegant score but as you are under sc quota so you can definitely get admission into some GFTIS with you score.
The gftis you can take admission into are.
Assam university , indian institute of carpet technology , gurukula kandi vishwavidyalaya,
Indian institute of infrastructure technology and research , national institute of technology and information technology , school of engineering MIZORAM.
