suggest to go for Btech or MBA after inter during these days

After inter you can opt for B.Tech because B.Tech is a bachelor's  degree.You can do MBA after your graduation only.For MBA you have to do any bachelor's  degree either in B.Tech, BBA, B.Com or BA then only you can apply for MBA.

well if you just completed your 10+2 then you can take BTECH as it a UG COURSE well if you want to pursue MBA(master of business administration) which is a PG course you have to first complete a UG course first and then pursue MBA.you can opt MBA even after your btech course is completed .
