Hi dear,
If you still clear JEE main paper 2 with good scores and rank you will not be able to get admission in IIT's. JEE mains paper 2 is basically for admissions into B.Arch., B.Arch in Town & regional Planning and B.Plan. IIT's do not offer such courses.
If you clear JEE Mains paper 2 with good rank, these are the Colleges where you can get admission into :
For admissions in these colleges you need less than AIR 3000 rank.

You can get admission in any of the above colleges. Apply for home state NIT college first.
