Suppose I had already registered for WBJEE first round of counselling. Then for the 2nd round do i need to register again ? Do i need a fresh registration or will my previous registration be considered ?

There's no need of registration again and again. If you are going for counselings then your one time registration is enough. Yeah but you need to apply again and again if you want to participate in another counseling.

You can participate in all counselings with one time registration but as many counseling you want that many times you need apply for it

There is no purpose of registration again. You can opt counseling with the previous registration number . If you don't like the college in first counseling you can go for second and third counseling also. It depends on your patience. Don't forget your id
