Dear Aspirant,
All the students are included in the average package. The thing is suppose only 10 got a package of 50 lakhs, and the rest got a package of 5 lakhs per annum then the average package would be 9. lakhs per annum that would be twice the package 90% of the students have got in reality. If you want to know about the actual placements, better see the complete placement to get the real picture and the placement ratio too.
