Hello Prabhat, NO you cannot get two scholarships at a time if and since normally the rule strictly mentions that one candidate cannot be entitled to receiving two scholarships. This is to accomodate more deserving people into scholarship schemes and also since the money often comes from a common source. The same rule applies everywhere.

As you want to know that you have taken admission in Swami Vivekananda meritcum College and you have to 2 scholarship at the same time but they are not granting you both the scholarships together at the time. I would like to tell you that according to rules said by most of the Universities and college including Swami Vivekananda, you can't apply for two scholarships at the same time and eventually it is a rule so there for you won't have any option left with you, you have to choose the scholarship that is more beneficial for you that it helps you with more fee ribbed.
