    Yes, the Department of Pre-University Education (PUE), Karnataka has revised the 2nd PUC syllabus in 2025. The new syllabus aligns with the NCERT/CBSE pattern to make it more competitive for exams like NEET, JEE, and CUET. Students preparing for 2025 board exams will follow the updated syllabus.

    Hello,

    Yes, the 2nd PUC syllabus for the 2024–25 academic year (exam held in March 2025) was revised and reduced for some subjects like Science (PCMB), Economics, Accountancy, and Business Studies.

    For the 2025–26 academic year (exam in March 2026), there is no confirmation yet about further changes. The same syllabus is likely to continue unless the board announces new updates.
