See none of us can depict the weightage of the different chapters in physics, chemistry and biology for neet.  Although by looking into the pattern of previous years question papers you can have a vague idea about on what topic you should focus more .
While number of questions to be asked in NEET for
Physics are 45 (25%)
Chemistry are 45 (25%)
Biology are 90  (50%)
While you can focus on the important chapters. Like in physics focus on kinematics part, modern physics, questions related to shm , gravitational
While in chemistry you can focus on stoichiometry, solutions, equilibrium, inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry
In biology everything is important and you have to go through everything in that but still try to be focused on animal kingdom, plant kingdom, ecology, human and plant anatomy and physiology.
