Hey!
Both colleges privide basisc infrastructure facilities to students such as digital classrooms, labs, library etc. But in Prakasam Engineering college students rae not allowed to use mobile in campus, and there is no wifi in hostel. There are not restrictions in Bapatla Women's engineering college (as per the reviews). And the placement records of Prakasam Engineering college are better than Bapatla Women's engineering college.
