Important question papers give a decent idea of the types of questions that students might come across in the examination. Some particular types of questions are repeated every year and the previous year question papers can help with that. Although, one should not depend entirely on the previous year question papers. Thorough knowledge of the topics and concepts all over the syllabus should pe paid attention to. That's the base, question papers just enhance that base. The important questions might make up some 40% of the total questions. Prepare those and at the same time focus on other concepts and topics as well.
